Pickler grew up in a difficult environment. In order to leave her abusive boyfriend, Pickler's mother left her when she was just 2 years older. Her mother returned in 1995 to her life and took complete charge of the child. But it didn't work out as planned. After Pickler was 12years old, the court transferred her to her grandmothers, whom she grew up until adulthood. Pickler was busy with raising her younger siblings in the absence of her parents. The mother of three confessed to her that in absence of both parents Pickler was too busy to go to school.
